Egypt\'s Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation arrived in Cairo on Tuesday from Tunisia. During his visit, the minister took part in a workshop on putting the water issue on the international agenda. The workshop was attended by the African Union Commissioner and a host of African water ministers.
