Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday said, \"Those who have seen the sincerity of our country keep supporting the process\". Erdogan said during the foreign citizens advisory committee meeting in Ankara that the Turkish economy anddemocracy passed the test after recent developments and underlined that they will convince those with hostile intentions against Turkey. Erdogan repeated, \"l do not recognize such a European Union Parliament\", referring to EP decision about Gezi Park. He said, \"I am against those who violate my area of freedom\", referring to protesters and stressed, \"Don\'t praise the cruelty but stand by the oppressed\". The Turkish PM highlighted that Turkey was not a country whose political agenda is set by others and that Turkey now determines its political agenda on its own. \"We are in an era where words cut more than swords,\" Erdogan added.
