EU High Representative Catherine Ashton has "strongly condemned the two terrorist attacks" that took place in the Russian city of Volgograd, one at a train station on Sunday and another explosion on a trolleybus in the same city on Monday resulting in deaths of 31 people. "I strongly condemn this latest attack. I hope that those behind these crimes will be brought to justice," she said in a statement. "I express my condolences to the families of the victims as well as to Russia's Government and people. I wish a full and speedy recovery to all those injured," she added.
