Chairman of the European Union Military Committee General Patrick de Rousiers met Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Syed Tariq Fatemi in Islamabad on Friday. Their talks covered the entire spectrum of Pakistan-EU bilateral relations. They also discussed the role of European Union in meeting the priorities of the new government, according to Radio Pakistan. The situation in Afghanistan including the post-withdrawal scenario after 2014 also came under discussion.
