The 32nd EU-Russia summit began here Tuesday afternoon with the participation of Herman Van Rompuy, President of the European Council, and Jos{ Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission.The delegation of Russia is led by President Vladimir Putin who made no statements to the press on arrival.The short summit expected to last two-and-a-half hours is to focus on bilateral EU-Russia ties and touch on international issues like Syria, Iran and Ukraine.
