The nation's top court on Wednesday upheld a two-year jail sentence against a former prosecutor for having sex with a female suspect he was questioning. The 31-year-old former junior prosecutor, named Jeon Jae-mong, was convicted of engaging in sexual acts with the theft suspect in November 2012 while questioning her in his Seoul office and later having sex with her at a motel, according to court records.
