The extraordinary meeting of the Arab League Council at the ministerial level began here today. It is chaired by Lebanese Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour and is attended by Secretary General of the Arab League Dr. Nabil Elaraby. Qatar’s delegation to the meeting is led by HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani. The ministerial meeting is held at the request of Palestine and Egypt to discuss the repercussions of the Israeli aggression on Gaza.
