A leader of Palestine's Fatah political party in the Gaza Strip has submitted a letter of resignation, officials said. Gaza's chief Fatah leader Zakariyya al-Agha submitted his resignation to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas last week, the Palestinian Ma'an News Agency reported. An official whose name was not reported said al-Agha submitted the his resignation in protest against the Fatah Central Committee's interference in Gaza affairs.
