Independent High Authority for the Elections (IHAE) member  Ridha Torkani said on Tuesday that the first official results of the elections for a Constituent Assembly at national level will be announced late Tuesday evening. So far, he affirmed, the IHAE has received final reports from only a few electoral districts.
