The total number of candidates for Kuwait\'s National Assembly elections reached 306 after five withdrew on Tuesday. The candidates are Ghassan Al-Otaibi for the third constituency, Abdullah Al-Rashidi, Mahmoud Sayyid Hasan and Hadi Al-Rashidi each for the fourth constituency and Saud Al-Nejada for the fifth constituency, said an Interior Ministry department tasked with election affairs. The deadline for withdrawals from the December parliamentary elections is November 23.
