Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry finalized talks with President of the General Assembly of the United Nations Sam Kutesa, who is on a visit to Egypt.
During a joint press conference with Kutesa, Shoukry hailed as fruitful talks held between President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Kutesa.
He praised the role played by Kutesa in leading the UN General Assembly in this period.
As for the development program beyond 2015, Shoukry said that there is full coordination to provide appropriate mechanisms for financing development plans.
For his part, Kutesa extended thanks to Egypt and its government for inviting him to visit the country.
He voiced appreciation for Egypt's support for his role in the United Nations.
