The Minister of Foreign Affairs Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, has received a letter from the Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, inviting him to take part in the Doha Forum due to be held from May 20 to 22. The forum, to be attended by heads of states and governments, ministers, political figures and decision-makers, as well as intellects, will discuss different views on the international political and economic scenes, as well as cases of democracy and human rights. This came as he received here today the Qatari Ambassador to Bahrain Shaikh Abdulla bin Thamer Al Thani who handed over to him the invitation. The minister praised the steady growth of the solid deep-rooted brotherly relations bonding the two countries, in all fields. Issues of mutual concern were also spotlighted.
