A strike by French air traffic controllers intensified on Wednesday, forcing the cancellation of up to three quarters of flights from the country\'s busiest airports, the civil aviation authority DGAC said. The strike, launched on Tuesday over plans to create a single European airspace, was followed by \"nearly 100 percent\" of controllers, the DGAC said in a statement.
