Head of aid convoy "Miles of Smiles" Essam Youssef said that Freedom Flotilla III will sail toward Gaza in a few hours despite Israeli threats to stop it.

Supporters of Gaza and liberals of the world are firm on heading for Gaza and breaking the Israeli siege, Youssef said Monday.

He warned the Israeli authorities of consequences of attacking Gaza supporters and urged the world community to live up to its responsibilities in protecting them.

"Miles of Smiles" aims at breaking the immoral and illegal siege on residents of the Gaza Strip, Youssef stressed.

Activists joining the Freedom Flotilla III include parliamentary personalities, former ministers, artists, businessmen, and academics from Arab, Muslim, and European countries.
