Authorities in Somalia's semi-autonomous Puntland region have arrested Two men, one British, one French, on charge of spying. "We have arrested a network of spies who entered the country while disguised as NGO workers," Puntland Security Minister Khalif Isse Mudan said in a statement released on Monday. After a long-time pursuit, the two men were caught "doing something different to what they claimed to be doing," Security Minister said, adding they were being held in Puntland's main city of Garowe on Thursday for further investigation. The two were "illegally gathering classified information on public and private institutions in Puntland" and "sharing this information with foreign entities," he said.
