A delegation has arrived in Cairo to prepare for a visit by French President François Hollande to participate in the inauguration of the new Suez Canal on August 6.

The multi-member team will have a one-day mission in Egypt.

Leaders and heads of state all over the world will partake in the ceremony of opening the new international waterway.
