French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius has asserted on Friday that negotiations between Palestinians and Israel are considered an opportunity that should be seized.In a pres conference after meeting with his Israeli counterpart Avigdor Lieberman in Paris, Fabius said that the Palestinian-Israeli negotiations are difficult.The meeting also tackled fostering bilateral ties in the economic field, Fabius noted.They also discussed the latest developments in the Middle East especially the Syrian crisis and the current negotiations with Iran over its nuclear program.
