Governor of South Sinai Khalid Fouda has signed a memorandum of friendship between the two cities of Sharm el Sheikh of Egypt and Qabala of Azerbaijan.

During an official visit to Baku, Fouda held a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

The meeting took up means to boost cooperation between the two states.
