Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani arrived on Saturday. He will participate in the seventh meeting of speakers of the GCC Shura councils, parliaments and national assemblies, to be held here tomorrow.
