The governmental panel for Human Rights experts in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is holding meetings on Sunday at the GCC General Secretariat headquarters, to discuss the GCC Human Rights declaration draft. The meetings are held in implementation of the GCC Ministerial Council resolution 123, issued in Jeddah June 5, 2012.
