Along with representatives of 33 countries of the world, Dr. Abdullatif Al-Zayani, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council took part in the opening session of the second summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) which started in the Cuban capital of Havana today. At an inauguration speech, Cuban President Raul Castro called for forging an example of regional and international cooperation between the CELAC cartel that suits the interests and solidarity of the members of the group, benefiting from the long experience they gained over years of activity and work of strong organizations in this region.
