The Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the United States held talks on Tuesday that the General Secretariat of the GCC in the Saudi capital Riyadh.

The talks were aimed at following up the implementation of the outcome of a Gulf-US summit which was held in Washington and Camp David on May 13-14, 2015.

During the summit, the two sides stressed their commitment to establishing strategic partnership in various fields, including the defense and security domains.
