The Georgian parliament on Friday overruled once again a presidential veto on a legislative bill concerning amendments to the South Caucasus country\'s criminal procedures. The third overrule since the new legislature was voted in on Oct. 1 of 2012 was achieved with a show of hands of 92 votes for and 33 votes against. The 92-33 ballot was two votes more than the three-fifths majority required by the country\'s constitution to overrule a presidential veto. The unicameral 150-seat Georgian legislature in December last year overruled a presidential veto on an amnesty bill and the legislature then overruled another presidential veto on a judicial system reform.
