The center-right GERB party is set to win the Bulgarian parliamentary elections with 31.4 percent of the vote, according to first official results released early Monday after a count of 69 percent of ballots. GERB was followed the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) with 27.3 percent of the vote, while the ethnic Turkish party DPS was in a distant third place with 9.2 percent.
