German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has asked the the Israelis and the Palestinians to show more 'courage " during the ongoing negotiations on the Framework Agreement on the two-state solution . During his first official visit to Israel since taking office , Steinmeier also asked both parties to support the efforts of his US counterpart John Kerry for peace.
