German President Joachim Gauck concluded Wednesday a three-day visit to Myanmar as part of a tour that included India as well. The visit was the first by a German president to the country since 1986.Gauck hailed the big progressive steps Myanmar has made in democratic transition but denounced the ethnic dispute and violence between religious sects.
