German says it wants European Union counterparts to consider further measures against North Korea beyond fresh UN sanctions. The country’s Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle, told reporters EU Foreign Ministers would discuss possible financial, trade and other sanctions at their regular meeting in Brussels next week on Monday. Westerwelle’s announcement comes after the UN adopted a new round of sanctions against North Korea.
