About five people, including policemen, were wounded in a grenade attack in a northern Pakistani district on Monday, said police. Three policemen, including a Senior House Officer, were having breakfast at a small hotel in Mardan district when unknown motorcyclists hurled a grenade at them, local senior police officer Junaid Khan told reporters. He said five persons, including the policemen, were wounded in the attack and that two of them are said to be in a critical condition. Police cordoned off the area and was conducting a search operation.
