Group of Egypt's Friends at the British parliament was reformed under the chairmanship of Sir Gerald Howarth and with the membership of 44 parliamentarians from different parties.

The parliamentary group was reformed late on Wednesday after the general elections in the country that was held on May 7.

Samir Takla will retain his post as the group's secretary general and counselor.
