An operation against a group of gunmen is underway in the town of Khasavyurt, Dagestan. \"A group of militants has been blocked in a house; the authorities have launched an anti-terrorist operation. Police are negotiating with the militants the release of a woman with a child who are in the same house,\" the National Antiterrorist Committee told Itar-Tass. It has not specified how many militants are blocked in the house.
