Hala Shokrallah has been elected as head of Al Dostour Party during the first general conference which was held in Cairo on Friday.Shokrallah got 108 votes of total 203 votes of the party's general assembly.Candidate Gamila Ismail got 57 votes while Hossam Abdel Ghafar got 23 votes. Two votes were invalid.
