The deposed Palestinian government in the Gaza Strip complained on Monday to the UN General assembly against recurrent Israeli attacks on civilians in the strip. Taher Nunu, spokesman for the government of Hamas said over Al Aqsa radio the government urges the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to move to stop Israeli hostilities. He added that messages had also been sent to the Arab League and the Islamic Cooperation Organization to halt the attacks. Strikes by the Israeli army since Saturday killed six Palestinians and injured more than 30 others including children and women.
