Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah discussed on Wednesday with UN Humanitarian Coordinator James Rawley plans related to the development and establishment of several projects in the Area C.

Hamdallah said that Israeli violations in al Quds and the Area C constitute a breach of international human rights law and Geneva conventions.
