H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region stressed that the UAE led by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan is keen on providing support to all segments of the society, especially the people of special needs. The remark was made at Nakheel Palace during the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Abu Dhabi General Services "Musanada" and the Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs. As per the MoU, Musanada upon the request from the executive committee of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, will supervise and implement the process of building the care and rehabilitation centres in Abu Dhabi. Engineer Owaidha Murshid Ali Al-Marar, Acting CEO of the Abu Dhabi General Services "Musanada" and Mohamed Fadel Al Hameli, Vice-President of the Board of Director and Secretary General of the Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care signed the MoU. Sheikh Hamdan said, "The centres of care and rehabilitation of people with special needs are given much care and relentless follow-up by His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, who is keen on providing all kinds of support and care to the Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care. He added that these centres would better service to the people with special needs.
