Deputy Boutros Harb stressed that the demand to change the electoral law should not be political or sectarian blackmail. "Hybrid law between proportionality and majority has obtained some consensus," the MP told "Voice of Lebanon"-Freedom and Dignity radio. He added that we are running in a viscous circle amid impossible electoral proposals. "We seek to find a formula that provides good representation in a way not to strike the democratic system in Lebanon," Harb said.
