MP Boutros Harb on Tuesday said that the decision issued by Judge Sawwan was pursuant to the Penal Code. Harb deemed this step, in addition to the charges pressed by the Government Commissioner to the Military Court, as a return of the course of justice. The MP heaped praise on the Judge's speed and courage in practicing his authorities.
