Six people were injured during clashes that occurred on Friday in Victor Emmanuel Square in Alexandria, the head of the health directorate in Alexandria Mohamed al-Sharqawi told MENA. Five of the injured were moved to Ras el-Teen hospital while ne was transferred to Gamal Abdel Nasser hospital. No deaths were reported, he said. Anti-riot police fired tear gas to stop the clashes.
