Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah and head of the Change and Reform Bloc MP Michel Aoun held a meeting Friday to discuss the latest developments in Lebanon and the region, particularly the perils of takfiri terrorism, state-run National News Agency (NAA) reported.

The meeting was also attended by Foreign Minister, Gibran Bassil and other partisan figures, said a statement by Hezbollah.

The participants underlined the importance of fighting against terrorism by all necessary means for the sake of protecting Lebanon.

The meeting also focused on presidential elections.
