Workers from the Israeli municipality of West Jerusalem Tuesday demolished a two-story house in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Mount of Olives under the pretext it was built without permit, according to local sources. The 90 square meter house belonged to Mohammad Abu al-Hawa.Residents confronted the workers, who were protected by police, said residents. No injuries or arrests were reported.
