Prof.Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu , the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on Wednesday strongly condemned the storming of the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque by Israeli extremists and carrying out their Talmudic rituals in its precincts, in addition to writing racist slogans on the walls of the Franciscan monastery in occupied Jerusalem. Ihsanoglu said in a press statement issued here today that these attacks affect the Islamic places of worship and Christian alike come as part of a systematic policy carried out by extremist settlement groups against Palestinians and their property and their holy places and are being implemented under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces. He described these attacks as structured terrorism by Israeli settlers against the Palestinian people and their sanctities and property, saying the Israeli occupation is fully responsible for the consequences of the continuation of such serious criminal attacks that are considered a serious violation of international resolutions and conventions.
