Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Suraj sent a message to Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry denouncing the brutal murder of 21 Egyptians by Daesh in Libya this week.
In the message, Suraj offered condolences to the families of the victims.
He also called for Indian-Egyptian cooperation to put an end to terrorism.
