Thailand`s army chief, General Prayuth Chan-ocha, is currently on a visit to Indonesia, which is aimed at increasing defence cooperation between the two countries. He met with his Indonesian counterpart, General Pramono Edhie Wibowo, at the army headquarters here on Thursday. General Prayuth also visited the Indonesian Defence Forces (TNI) headquarters and the Ministry of Defence later in the day, ANTARA News reported. The Thai army chief`s visit to Indonesia was aimed at improving bilateral relations and stepping up cooperation in defense, including a joint exercise between the two countries special forces.
