Iran has extended its condolences to the German government and nation over a deadly plane crash that left dozens of people dead, Press TV reported.
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on Tuesday expressed deep sorrow over the tragic event, and offered Tehran’s deepest sympathy to the families of the victims.
Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Marziyeh Afkham also extended Iran’s condolences to Germany and the families of those hit by the aviation disaster.
Earlier on Tuesday, an Airbus A320 passenger aircraft crashed in the southern French Alps, killing all 150 people on board.
