Iran\'s Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian for Arab and African Affairs will arrive in Cairo on Saturday evening on a two-day visit, MENA learnt Friday. \"He is expected to hold talks with Lakhdar Brahimi, United Nations and Arab League Envoy to Syria, on Syrian developments\", head of Iran\'s Interests Section in Cairo Ambassador Mojtaba Amani said. The Iranian official will also meet with a host of Egyptian officials to discuss Syrian and regional developments, Amani added.
