Iran\'s Foreign Minister Ali-Akbar Salehi has met separately with visiting deputy foreign ministers of Indonesia and Ecuador in Tehran and exchanged viewpoints on bilateral ties, regional and international developments. The Media Office of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Salehi met with Deputy Foreign Minister of Indonesia Yuri Octavian Thamrin and that Indonesia is an important country in the world, the official (IRNA) news agency reported. Salehi added that Tehran appreciates the stands adopted by Jakarta at international organizations. The Iranian Foreign Minister also expressed satisfaction over the present status of the bilateral relations, calling on both sides to take advantage of the entire existing capacities in political, economic and cultural fields. In a separate meeting, Salehi met with Ecuador\'s Deputy Foreign Minister Angel Enrique Arias and discussed bilateral ties, regional and international developments. Salehi expressed hope that the expansion of the political ties between the two countries would pave the way for further development in other fields as the economic and cultural relations.
