Iraq\'s Minister for Planning and Development Cooperation, Ali Yusuf arrived here on Sunday to partake in Regional Population and Development Conference for the Arab States, which is due to kick off Monday. In the meantime, Secretary-General of the Government of the Union of Comoros, Ali Said Mahomed has also arrived in Cairo to participate in the three-day conference, which is dubbed \'challenges of development and population shifts in a changing Arab world\'. The conference, which will be hosted by the Arab League, aims to identify the status of populations and development in the Arab region by 2014.
