Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri Al Malki met Monday with UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative in Iraq Martin Cobbler. Al Malki stressed during his meeting with Cobbler that Iraq was looking to enhance its relations with all of the countries in the region. A statement released today by Malki’s Office said that he had provided his views on the latest developments in the region and how it reflected on Iraq. He stressed that Iraqis were more determined on staying united, reprobating violence and sectarianism.
