The security forces, backed by the sons of the tribes, began an extensive crackdown this morning to eliminate remaining pockets of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant forces in eastern Ramadi.A security source told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / "The campaign, which involved forces from army , police and the sons of the tribes aims to eliminate armed groups and ISIL, which spread in different parts of east of Ramadi and target gatherings of civilians and security forces .The source noted that the areas where the security forces started to clear are the Khalidiya, Albo Bali, Zerra'a and Mala'ab east of Ramadi .The source confirmed the participation of military helicopters in the crackdown, in addition to the open port of aid convoys' entry to the inhabitants of those areas, and also to allow the exit of families from areas of clashes.
