Israeli occupation authorities on Wednesday partially opened the Karem Abu Salem to allow international aid of food, fuel and construction materials into the besieged Gaza Strip. Chairman of the committee for the Coordination of the Entry of Goods into Gaza, Raed Fattouh, said that 420 trucks, laden with goods for commercial, agricultural and transport sectors, were admitted into the Strip through the crossing. Karem Abu Salem crossing is currently the only point for Gazans to transfer their goods, especially after Israeli decision to close permanently Al-Montar crossing which was dedicated for the import of fuel and feed.
