The Israeli Civil Administration has approved a project to build about 800 new settlement units in West Bank, according to an Israeli radio station. The station announced on Monday that one-third of the units will be built in Jerusalem, 94 units will be built in the Jordan Valley and another 30 will be built in Nablus.
